The 8 key competences for a leader in Estamp are: having strategic vision, being exemplary, acting as a leader-coach, knowing how to work as a team, internal and external customer orientation, performance orientation, flexibility, and emotional intelligence.
We train through external specialists in business leadership, such as Robert Karro. We periodically evaluate all our leaders to ensure a correct level of development of defined skills.
Furthermore, we do this through an anonymous 360º feedback, whereby managers can detect their strengths and their opportunities for improvement and prepare a consensual action plan with their managers to be continuously monitored.
