ESTAMP RENEWS ONE MORE YEAR ITS SPONSORSHIP WITH UPC ECORACING
Estamp has renewed its sponsorship contract with UPC ecoRacing based in Terrassa (Spain) for the 2021-2022 season, in order to technological research on autonomous and sustainable automotive and the design and construction of the single-seater for this year.
With more than 10 years’ experience, UPC ecoRacing is a technological research association formed by engineering students from the School of Industrial, Aerospace and Audiovisual Engineering of Terrassa, which since 2008 has been dedicated to research and investigation in the sustainable automotive field.
One of the main activities in UPC ecoRacing is to create single-seaters in order to participate in Formula Student events, an international engineering competition where students from the best universities from all over the world have the chance to compete and learn designing and manufacturing competition single-seaters following the given technical rules and regulations. In these competitions that take place in many different countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, United States, Japan or Spain, the team and the car go through different tests in order to be evaluated by judges who are prestigious professionals from the automotive sector.
This year, Estamp is once again delighted to take part in a project that does so much to achieve cleaner, more sustainable mobility and to train future engineers.
