e-Day 2026: Celebrating Our Global Culture, Milestones, and Shared Future

At Neklar Group, our strength comes from the people who bring our purpose to life every day. Across countries, cultures, and teams, we are united by a common vision, shared values, and a passion for continuous improvement. This spirit was once again at the center of our annual e-Day (Neklar Day) celebration, a special occasion dedicated to recognizing what makes us one global team.

This year, colleagues from all our locations came together to celebrate not only our culture and achievements, but also two important milestones in Neklar Group’s international journey: the 15th anniversary of Neklar China in Wuxi and the 20th anniversary of Neklar Slovakia in Zlaté Moravce.

A Day That Connects Our Global Team

e-Day is much more than a corporate event. It is a reflection of our identity as a global organization and an opportunity to strengthen the connections that unite us beyond geographical boundaries.

Throughout the day, teams across our plants and offices participated in activities focused on the values that define Neklar Group: collaboration, customer orientation, innovation, wellbeing, sustainability, and operational excellence. It was a moment to celebrate our achievements, recognize our people, and reaffirm our commitment to building a stronger future together.

Celebrating 15 Years of Neklar China

This year’s e-Day was especially meaningful as we celebrated the 15th anniversary of our Wuxi plant in China.

Since its establishment, Neklar China has played a key role in supporting our customers and expanding our presence in one of the world’s most dynamic automotive markets. Over the past fifteen years, the team in Wuxi has continuously demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to quality, contributing significantly to the growth and international development of Neklar Group.

This milestone represents not only years of business success but also the dedication of the people who have helped shape the plant’s journey and strengthen relationships with customers and partners throughout the region.

Honoring 20 Years of Neklar Slovakia

Another highlight of this year’s celebration was the 20th anniversary of Neklar Slovakia in Zlaté Moravce.

For two decades, the Slovak team has been an essential part of our global manufacturing footprint, supporting key automotive projects and delivering excellence to customers across Europe. Through continuous investment, technological development, and the commitment of its employees, the plant has become a benchmark within the group and a symbol of long-term growth and stability.

Celebrating this anniversary is also a tribute to the generations of professionals whose expertise, passion, and dedication have contributed to making Neklar Slovakia what it is today.
