Last March 21 was held the first Annual Automotive HR Executive Event in Barcelona (Spain). Organized by PageGroup, a consultant company specialized in the selection of qualified talent, and CIAC (Clúster de la industria de l’Automoció de Catalunya).
A group of human resource managers from the automotive sector have met to discuss the challenges, strategies and models that the automotive sector should assume in terms of selection, recruitment and retention of talent according to current and future needs.
The most valuable asset that Estamp has is the people. This meeting which we had the pleasure of taking part in, helps us to continue adapting to new generations that are the key to the future and the growth of the company. Knowing how to manage the needs of each worker is the key to their success and, in turn, to the success of Estamp.
A dozen representatives from HR departments of automotive companies and related sectors sat down with us to discuss the need to establish optimised management patterns.
According to Estamp HR Manager, “it is important not to forget that the human factor is the road to excellence. Only with good people management we are able to improve processes and sustained profitability. A satisfied person works better, shows higher performance, brings more ideas to the table and gets more involved in projects. When setting goals, it is vital to start with the people and the value they can bring.”
