The future in the employment sector is rapidly evolving thanks to the development of digital technology, globalisation, demographic and other fundamental changes.
Last Friday 1 June 2018, Estamp’s Global Management Committee attended a conference on how to successfully face the new digital future of employment given by two reputed professionals, Mª Ángeles Tejada, General Director for Public Affairs of Randstad España and President of LR and HR of Foment del Treball Nacional (Catalan Employers Association), and Yolanda Reyes, Area Director of Randstad.
This conference served to show us how to find new talents and offer them all that Estamp has to give, and above all, the disruptive nature of digitalisation, whilst also considering how this affects the creation of new future professions and the creation of employment in forthcoming years.
