Time flies! It seems only yesterday that we were celebrating our 30^th anniversary. Since then, there have been numerous positive changes to our business environment.

Estamp 35^th anniversary is the ideal time to present an overview of the last 5 years and to highlight the most noteworthy developments.

Since 2014, Estamp has more than doubled its staff numbers. Despite the challenging increase of 350 to 700 team members we are proud to note the remarkable cohesion, competence and maturity of the team.

Needless to say, the growing team has contributed significantly to the consolidation of what is now a more valuable global company.

To coincide with company development, a new level of organization excellence has been achieved, involving substantial improvements in all areas.

A powerful RD+I development plan has been implemented in order to lead the way in the new mobility era.

Global operations and global controlling have been set up and corporate governance and the strategic planning cycle have been further optimized.

Manufacturing has been reinforced through plant expansions in Slovakia and China and a highly successful launch in Mexico, implemented in record time.

We value the strength of a wide-ranging, global approach which benefits from a unified, group-wide SAP-based process map.

The OEM panel has been balanced with strategic new entries, boosted by the development of the China and Mexico commercial teams, and reinforced by the European team. Ford, JLR and Volvo on a global level, and Geely and Great Wall in China, are new to the OEM panel.

Participation in the EV market has been driven forward by our early involvement in OEM design centers and our acquisition of know-how in the fields of EV thermal management and electromagnetic shielding.

To cope with a radically changing business environment, a new mission has recently been defined and communicated.

We thank and congratulate the team wholeheartedly for what has been achieved and encourage it to continue this impressive drive forward into a new and constantly evolving “mobility” landscape.
