Neklar Inspires Future Careers
We are proud to be part of the TRIA FUTUR fair in Terrassa and participate to the Xcelence – Companies That Inspire initiative by Fundación Bertelsmann. Through this project, some of our professionals at Neklar are sharing their career journeys with students at various schools of the city.
This guidance fair already attracted more than 8,000 people at last year’s edition to professionally guide students and unemployed people. Neklar, once again, is committed to the community and future generations as part of SDG 4 Quality – Education.
Also, the Global Commodity Manager and the Industrialization Engineer talked about STEAM at the conference fair. Our goal? To demonstrate that the industrial sector is just as much for young women as it is for anyone else. By sharing real-life experiences, we aim to inspire students and broaden their perspectives about their future careers.
