Celebrating Neklar Day Across Our Global Facilities

As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing a strong workplace culture, we proudly celebrated Neklar Day 2025 across all our international plants. This annual event, also known as e-Day, is dedicated to fostering Customer Focus, Change Management, and overall team well-being through engaging and purposeful activities.

Here’s a look at how each of our sites participated in this year’s celebration:

Wuxi, China

The Wuxi plant embraced the spirit of innovation and collaboration with an outdoor activity at Longsi Ecological Park on May 23rd. The team took on a creative group challenge: building a model of an Automobile City — a symbolic exercise in vision, coordination, and teamwork.

Zlaté Moravce, Slovakia

In Slovakia, our teams at the Zlaté Moravce site participated in a variety of group bonding activities, designed to encourage communication, trust, and team spirit. The day was filled with energy, laughter, and shared commitment to building a cohesive work environment.

Terrassa, Spain

Our team in Spain marked Neklar Day with interactive workshops and team-building sessions centered around Customer Focus and embracing change. These hands-on experiences helped reinforce shared values and empowered employees to take an active role in driving transformation, where the teams will build bicycles to be donated to the organization Intress for people with disabilities.

We’re also taking advantage of the fact that May was the 6th edition of European Diversity Month.

San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

In Mexico, employees engaged in dynamic collaboration games and reflective sessions on how to better serve our customers. The activities underscored the importance of adaptability and reinforced our people-first approach to business growth.
