ESTAMP COFFEE TALKS
At Estamp, we have implemented Coffee Talks monthly in all plants for the Estampers.
This project is based on an internal conversation during working hours with the Plant Manager/CEO and HR Manager, as a part of the SDG 8 “Decent work and economic growth” actions and our business principles culture.
During the conversation, employees have breakfast together and they can share comments of different personal and professional topics, like congratulations, suggestions, opinions…, with the goal to get to know each other better. For us, it is really important to listen to them.
These Coffee Talks not only contribute to the goal of promoting decent work but also help foster economic growth by promoting collaboration and a sense of belonging among our workforce. We are excited about the positive impact this initiative will have on our employees and our overall organizational culture.
