Neklar Wuxi becomes the first production site in the Group to fully decarbonize its energy

A major milestone in our decarbonization journey.

Neklar Wuxi is now the first production site within the Group to eliminate carbon emissions from its energy consumption.

The plant operates entirely without fossil fuels and runs on 100% certified renewable electricity, achieving zero emissions in Scopes 1 and 2. This transition allows us to avoid approximately 450 tonnes of CO₂ per year.

This achievement is the result of a structured and progressive energy transition strategy. It began with a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for self-generated solar energy and was later reinforced through access to certified renewable electricity.

A concrete step aligned with Neklar Group’s 2019–2030 emissions reduction roadmap, targeting a 75% reduction in internal emissions.
