Neklar successfully concludes the XIV International Meeting

Last week, Neklar celebrated the XIV edition of its annual International Meeting, an event that once again brought together Global Managers from the three key regions where the company operates: Europe, Asia and North America.

The meeting served as a space to strengthen collaboration and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives, while also offering valuable learning opportunities. One of the highlights was the keynote session delivered by Jordi Gual, Professor of Economics at IESE Business School, who shared his insights on “The Global Economy in a Multipolar World.”

Held between Neklar’s Headquarters facilities and the inspiring surroundings of Casa Santa Elena in Spain, the convention provided the perfect environment to exchange knowledge, present the latest innovations, and reinforce our commitment to change management and customer focus.

In addition, participants took part in sustainability-driven team-building activities designed by CONCEPT, which not only promoted collaboration but also underlined Neklar’s dedication to responsible and forward-looking practices. Specially Let’s build a better world activity, related to SDG 13 Climate action and SDG 15 Life on land.

This initiative consisted of creating, designing, and building a series of elements that were later donated to environmental conservation organizations. Each team faced a specific challenge, from constructing nest boxes and insect hotels to participating in a Nendo Dango workshop and an eco-orientation activity.

The action was carried out in collaboration with leading entities:

• Xarxa per a la Conservació de la Natura (XCN), a network of environmental NGOs and Catalan organizations that promote nature conservation through land stewardship and citizen involvement.

• SEO/BirdLife, the Spanish Ornithological Society, the country’s leading environmental NGO since 1954. With birds as their banner, their mission is to conserve biodiversity through societal participation, focusing on the protection of wild birds and their habitats in Spain, while also contributing globally through BirdLife International.

This International Meeting not only reaffirmed our vision of the future of mobility but also highlighted how sustainability and collaboration are at the core of Neklar’s culture. It was an inspiring occasion to strengthen the bonds that unite us as one global team — always Driven by passion.
