Procurement Engineer
Location: Terrassa, Barcelona (Spain).
Mission:
To oversee the procurement of technical goods and services for industrial operations and to assure supplier quality requirements are matched to customer requirements.
ESSENCIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Procurement Engineer Tasks: Request for quotation and costs analysis.
- Supplier Quality Development Tasks:
– Development phase:
- Managing APQP for new products or modifications and reapproval (PPAP).
- Carry out Supplier Process Audits.
– Serial phase:
- Supplier Performance.
- Managing supplier non-conformities, analyzing 8D reports.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in SQA and/or Purchase Engineering (minimum 3 years).
- Advanced Level of English.
- Core Tools: knowledge APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA.
