Estamp has renewed its sponsorship contract with UPC ecoRacing based in Terrassa (Spain), for the 2019-2020 electric vehicle ecoRX Racing season.
With more than 10 years’ experience, UPC ecoRacing is a technological research association composed of engineering students at ESEIAAT (The School of Industrial, Aerospace and Audiovisual Engineering of Terrassa), whose main aim is to develop new sustainable automotive technologies.
A team of students from Terrassa will compete throughout Europe in the major Formula Student races in the EcoRX, which is the first electric four-wheel drive vehicle in Spain.
One of the main activities of UPC ecoRacing is to design and manufacture single-seater racing cars to take part in the international Formula Student series, which brings together university teams from throughout the world and puts the student-designed cars to the test.
This year, Estamp is once again delighted to take part in a project that does so much to achieve cleaner, more sustainable mobility and to train future engineers.
